Guide FlyFishing Limited operate warranty and repairs on behalf of Vision for the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. For all other countries, please contact Vision directly.

In the case of breakage, for whatever reason, your Vision rod will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model during the first five years after purchase. This applies only to the original owner and it is given in addition to your statutory rights. A repair handling fee is applicable for all claims under the guarantee.

What is covered?

Vision guarantees that in event of a breakage due to a material or workmanship fault your Vision product will be repaired, or replaced with the nearest current model, during the first two years from the date of purchase at no charge. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage. Any claim against this warranty must include a dated proof of purchase. This warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights.

Vision rod 5 year unconditional service

In the event of a breakage or any other reason whatsoever, your Vision rod shall be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model at a fixed rate for the initial 5 years from purchase of the rod or the discontinuation of the model in question. After this five year period we will naturally continue to support all Vision customers with our service, but from this point all possible charges will not be fixed and will follow the actual service cost case by case.

Guide FlyFishing Limited reserves the right to alter the warranty charges without notice. Charges include insured delivery and VAT.

How do I make a claim?

You must first complete a service request form following the link below. We will then contact you with an Authorised returns number and further information regarding your claim using the contact information provided within the form.
